working on the estimate with mo went pretty smoothly, but i will say though listing most of the things we needed on the last class will helped the process get started of really listing each and every item and expense, it’s crazy how fast things can easily add up and how a lot of factors come up that you wouldn’t normally catch unless you were really getting down to each and every detail.
i will say though blinkbid has been very helpful in creating the estimate. even though we have it completed i still feel like there can always be another something that has to be accounted for. also if you’re smart about your expenses, you can even garner more/additional income in addition to the fees that you set yourself to be paid as well as your crew members.
